2.3 Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be added to the total cost of your order. The delivery charges applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at the checkout.
2.4 We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time of publication. However, if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
2.5 Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a suitable alternative, a later delivery date, or a full refund.
3. Ordering and Payment

5.3 If you cancel your order, you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any tags and labels.
5.4 We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the goods, including the original delivery charges (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.
5.5 This cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or personalised jewellery items, or for hygiene reasons to earrings where the hygiene seal has been broken. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
6.1 If the goods you receive are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible, and within 30 days of receipt at the latest, by email at [Your Customer Service Email Address] or by post at 47 Sapcote Trading Centre Willesden London NW10 2DJ, providing details of the fault or damage and, where possible, photographic evidence.
6.2 Upon verification of the fault or damage, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or a full refund, including any delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.
